Dr. Ana, about 42 minutes into this video I believe you are saying to boil water, then also filter it afterward? I’ve heard you say reverse osmosis water is the best, I’m already drinking only my home’s reverses osmosis water then boiling it afterward, too. I guess this means a third process of again putting it through a filter after those two processes (coffee filter perhaps?).

Boiling water does NOT remove microplastics, Dr Ana is wrong.
Test it yourself like I did, take commercial bottled water, measure the TDS and EC, then boil it, let it cool and measure it again.
Particulate in the water actually Goes Up. Just buy a zerowater filter, $30 and you can use it to clean any other water you have prefiltered through something that doesnt work as well as zerowater... and it also comes with a basic TDS meter you can use to measure your water.

We have a TDS meter. I just checked our water, here’s what I got: From our regular tap water faucet 341; From our reverse osmosis faucet 22; From our reverse osmosis water which I had also boiled earlier today and put into a glass container and put in our refrigerator 12.
My husband just told me we frequently get about 12 to 16 right out of our reverse osmosis faucet when he checks it. And he just told me the TDS meter doesn’t measure the micro or nano plastics, it does measure the “TDS” - “total dissolved solids” (so he says, I don’t know if he’s right about that). I recently read if one also has a good system with the “pre-filter” (which we have) and the post filter on the reverse osmosis system it also takes out the smaller nano plastics for the most part.
HOWEVER, it has been mentioned by someone in another group I follow they think the filter itself of a reverse osmosis system may be plastic? so have a tendency to add back in plastics? Not sure about that, that was really my question after reading what Dr. Ana said about after boiling water to again filter (to remove plastics) even with such as a coffee filter. Though I think she said for “tap and bottled” water. Yeah, I am still confused. Sorry if this sounded hard to follow!

Distilling is just boiling, which actually concentrates every chemical that boils at less than 212. Hard Pass.
Just buy a zerowater pitcher, $30 and it comes with a free TDS meter you can use to measure your water, especially the water coming out of other filters. Thats also the only way to really know when you need to replace the nanotech membrane in RO systems.
TDS isnt perfect of course, but its a million times better than the No Meter most people use to not test their water.

Falun Gong has a very sinister and unhealthily possessive megalomaniac master teacher. While I have met some fine people doing Falun Gong, I think they are being misled and I really do not think that they are fully aware of what they have actually been roped into.
Falun Gong has even been stated by some people to be a CIA psy-op, though I am greatly sorry for the Falun Gong devotees who we are told are operated on without any anaesthetic by the Chinese government thugs to harvest organs like their kidneys and eyes, which is utterly horrific, though I really think the government of China now has more to do with Israel and the Jewish people and 'religion' than the Chinese people themselves including in terms of its origin and true purpose, which is definitely not in the best interests of the Chinese people themselves, since the first Chinese Communist government was set up by the Jewish-controlled American government, and Communism is actually Judaism, as Rabbi Stephen Wise and a significant number of other prominent Jews have stated, so any Communist government is really just Judaism subjugating and controlling (surviving members of) any literally enslaved Gentile people under the deception that they have actually been 'emancipated'.
The mentally-paralyzing Jewish occult use of reverse terminology is employed in such instances where total deception is intended, like the Jewish-dominated Bolshevik WEF saying it is 'saving the world' by genociding 7.5 billion, killing 15 out of every 16 people now living, while around a hundred years ago Lenin stated that killing 9 out of every 10 living in the entire world even at that time for a successful Communist 'revolution' (of the dead?) to take place would be quite acceptable.
Around 20 years ago I attended several Falun Gong classes. Each week every member of the group would be given a book to read a couple of pages from, and then the book would be handed on to the next person in the circle from right to left for them to read the next two pages, and so on.
On the last occasion this occurred when I attended a Falun Gong class, the group teacher me a book to start reading from as usual, and very oddly, the pages he gave me to read contained some very terrible proclamation, which he would surely have known in advance would be the words contained on the pages he gave me to read, and after having been used to deliver that actually very threatening message, I felt badly about this and did not like it at all and I never attended any Falun Gong class ever again after that out of disgust. The words of the Falun Gong master that I was given to read out stated that if any Falun Gong practitioner ever stops practicing for any reason, that they may never be permitted to start practicing again, and that their lives will be destroyed forever, which is of course just sick, mindlessly cruel vindictive megalomaniac insanity.
Chi Gung however can freely be practiced by any Chinese or any other person and is not really essentially any different in its technique or benefits to Falun Gong but there are no cruelly insane totalitarian threats attached to Chi Gung, and the Chinese government does not condemn or restrict the practice of Chi Gung but rather greatly encourages it.
There is no reason at all in the slightest to do Falun Gong when Chi Gung can be practiced instead, and of course Chi Gung can be practiced without the entirely evil and uncalled-for threat of one's entire life being destroyed if one ever stops practicing Falun Gong.
