I found the same thing in live blood analysis. Speaking on the phone for just three minutes showed rouleaux formation. Then we applied a shungite stone to the phone and spoke for three minutes. The rouleaux formation went away in all test subjects. There is hope out there!

This is interesting, but I would hypothesize a bit further. The en rouleau formations of blood cells via microwave radiation is actually not so bad in hypothetically "clean" blood. The problem everybody is having is that our bodies are so full of magnetic nanotech that we absorb much more of the radiation and store it in our bodies. If we can somehow clean our bodies of the magnetic nanotech particles, then the effects of the 5G would be greatly reduced.

Oh yes, or course! It's a radiation blood bath.
My point is if the body does not contain any sort of magnetic material, a place to store magnetic energy, then the radiation just flows right through you. And if you get grounded it is completely harmless.
The problem occurs because your body is magnetic with nanoparticles and absorbs and stores the magnetic energy. It wasn't designed to do that.
Everyone is completely polluted at this point with magnetic nanotech. Just reading this website one can see the problem is increasing exponentially. Get rid of the magnetic nanotech and mitigating the microwaves is easy. Just walk in bare feet.

An area that few people are aware of is ones external or skin surface body voltage, inter cellular voltage should be around 70 millivolts but the skin surface should be 0 which is virtually not possible to get to, a realistic target would be reduce it to 20. This is easy to measure, all one needs is a multi/volt meter that can read millivolts modifying the leads so more of the negative (black) lead can contact with the ground is best as well as more of the positive lead so one can "hold it" with more skin contact is best. Or one can buy meters with leads modified to do the measurements best. The voltage is caused by things like dirty electricity from your house wiring or power supplies used to charge cell phones etc and of course the higher frequencies used for telecommunication One can buy grounding mats to ground oneself or make their own body to ground system - in a simple form a bare copper wire around ones wrist and the other end stuck into the ground should bleed off body voltage.

It is FAR worse when they put a hell tower(s) near your home. Many HEALTHY UNVAXXED people lose the ability to walk (among many other symptoms) as the effects are cumulative. We have had FOUR people we know die as a direct result of towers put near their homes. Four different locations, similar towers or worse. A fifth friend is deteriorating due to new tower six months ago. I have seen the deterioration up close. It is terrible and for nothing.
I am determined to find ways to help people and not be among the casualties. Let me tell you, it is hell on earth. The phone exposure is nothing on its own compared to the tower effects.

We have a ton of counteracting measures in place-way more than most people I know. The hard part is that every time the house would be "quiet" and we would start to recover, they would do a major upgrade and things would get worse.
4 or 5 later, it is at a level that is different than before. I can not say what as I only have been told with no verification. It is far more penetrating then it has been before- exponentially.
The counteracting measures still remove quite a bit of the agitation. They have brought bees back after 3 years of no bees but it took a lot of counteracting to do it. We can get some sleep at night most nights. Without these measures I imagine we would not be alive like our friends who have all died.
After killing many of our pets (and pets from our friends who have died too) we were able to protect the ones we had left so they no longer were dying. The side effects don't all go,with these counteracting measures. The neurological issues still happen, pain is still there much of the time, and the tower blasts, well, nothing stops them from hitting the body hard.
Every time before an engineered event - fires, hurricanes, earthquake, directed energy attacks- the week prior, the blasts are way more severe and they do not turn them down during the day as usual. They run 24/7, and are brutal. Even the animals react. So far in 3 years I have been right every time I have said a false flag event was coming via directed energy.
The people who used to tell me we were just "sensitive" claimed that little or no protection was needed for them had new towers or upgrades or both go up in their area. Now they are reacting too, even those with counteracting measures.
One lady who has no meds, no history of illness, no vaxes of any kind ever, and is very active and healthy was hit with a blast the same exact time we were leaving arms and legs paralyzed. Then it stopped. No stroke, no other explanations.
We were approx 85 miles away and were hit with the same thing here exact same time. Due to our extreme counteracting measures, we were not thrown out of our chairs like she was. We just had our arms and legs almost stop working. Same exact time very far apart distance wise.

It has been my experience that everyone will react when they reach threshold of what the body can handle. Each situation moves into that direction at varying speeds and concentrations.
One they hit threshold that is when the symptoms start to hit severely often surprising the person it is happening to.
With the new emf radiation transmission set ups now, it is far more intense and penetrating than it has been before.

That stinks. A good friend worked near microwave towers in a huge medical area too and has had brain cancer as well.
The microwave towers cause brain lesions. One of the CHD lawsuit plaintiffs has tons of documentation on that from their family situation. Funny bc MS is often associated with brain lesions. Several people I know were fine until moving near towers and they got MS after a year or two. Their symptoms were actually more in line with emf radiation overload.

A key if it's a key comes at the end of your linked piece, the apparent avoidance of spurious frequencies, use of filters and detachment from grid-borne power. I was disabused of the apparent relative innocence of continuous vs pulsed mw giving the example of "radar ranges" when plugged in in NA would minimally have a 60Hz pulse, but would certainly carry harmonics and much more "dirty electricity", too. I was considering then the differnt results in old experiments, I think Litowitz on chickens, showing greater harm from pulsed. But if it's all contianibg some spurious unintended by-product electric, one must be wary. I once put it to a physicist who has a knack for explanation in lay terms, why might it be that low frquencies have apaprently much more bio-effect, he used the example of the magician trick of high speed pulling of a tablecloth from under a vase which remained in place. But I have an anecdote from someone maybe 15 yr ago who had right side tinnitus and a sore neck, someone with one of these devices I suspect it was, handheld, applied it to the sore neck for some minutes, result was no relief in the neck and both side tinnitus. This was in a generally low e-smoggy indoor space. Magnets I think have been shown to be beneficial. I am still wary of artificially generated electric.

Hi Dyr - it's great that you're wary, all too often more harm can be done than good, and why reducing EMF at the source is always the best option. Tinnitus is a tricky thing indeed - have you heard of the low-oxalate diet? Oxalates are crystals that can build up, and then resonate with wireless frequencies. Our ears contain crystals to hear.

The tinnitus mentioned was not my own, but mine did set in from late 00s - right when "smart" meters were mass installed.Before that I could eg on a hwy predict when we'd come across a hwy-side kill tower as the tinn rose and fell with distance from them. I used to "hear" the meters, as tinnitus spiking, firing off at 15 minute intervals, a network time synch thing and reported as much to clueless utilities, two of which did dosimetry to check out what I was saying, corroborating. They took shelter under the regnant "safety" standards, of course. But a well-known vendor in Canada of protective etc equipment re e-smog invited by me agreed to do gratis parallel dosimetry and published while utilities withheld. Apparently, and related to what Frey found ages ago, steepest spikes are most provocative of mw hearing. Somewhere onslt.cosite the report might still be there from around 15 yr ago.

Until about 10 yr ago my own head ringing (one side only) would dissipate when I'd go into wilderness away from the grid by about a km. Latterly however the head silence comes when grid goes down. (We're off-grid for 10 yr, and glad for it in part since by now all equipment costs - but I guess not my labour! - have been well recouped, a few 100$/yr accumulated but could be faster were we more monitoring the substitutes' expenditures eg laundromat, propane, diesel, wax; off-grid in part due to smart meter fight, which I was at forefront of in NA back then in our early adopter province.)
The GB and UB meridians per TCM are I think primary re tinnitus induced by e-smog. Frey even tried to cover with some patch over where GB backs and forths nr ear, although I think he was motivated by brain info, and that did cut down some. Another interesting study was Russian by Tyazelov where subjects' heads were dunked in water to test if they could detect incoming signal - they could and "hear" the pulse rate!
Oxalate is well attenutated as far as I gather by cooking. Instinctively one should know what is not right to swallow. Eg sesame which we use much of, black and reg., is not eaten raw. One needs long e-quiet time to get a good drawdown of such an irritant as tinnitus. (Imagine what eg some autistic kids must be suffering this way, unable to even tell what should be normal!) I have found that trying to cut way down on incident signal by use of metallic screen, can if one is too close to the screen increase tinnitus, even as actual monitoring devices pick up much lower mw signal. Once a utility replaced its meter at my request, and what changed was instead of regular spikes and receding of tinnitus from it, the new one provoked constant tinnitus when in the room nearest it. The new one did not except for once a night send mw signal, thus indicating that other 'features" such the constant back and forth switching dc-ac for its very operation generating much spurious frequencies were generative of the new tinnitus. At another dwelling I rejected another utility's offer to swap meters at neighbours' locations, since the utility wanted it to be a final thing whereas I demanded it be experimental to see if tinnitus was down and other indicators.
The snowballing awareness of the greater disablements our great e-enablements create, is still way too small.

Good to see this excellent documentation - such testing should've been done before these phones ever were sold and vast populations got attached and addicted to them and the ego trip they provide.
The 2019 FCC tests on smartphones at a distance of 1-2 mm from the body, showed 1000x the radiation compared to previous tests w/ phones held 12 inches from the body. These results were so damaging to the telecom industry that the FCC archived them, and broke public trust by not disclosing. I don't use a smart phone, I love my landline and flip-phone cell (which is mostly turned off) - but think of all the adults and children holding or wearing their live phones throughout the course of just one day! It's truly sickening the world. Just another industrial-technological "solution" that could have been prevented by proper testing, disclosure, and public health education. These devices are like little microwave ovens turned on with the door open!

I do have to use an authenticator app for my university's Microsoft-everything, for which I purchased a stoopidphone - just for that, and emergencies. I keep it turned off and tucked away in a drawer most of the time.

A friend has tried a foil lined bag that coffee came in and says it works. Try calling the phone while it's in there and if it doesn't ring it works.

You are right, dyr !!!!! In the end, it was Firstenberg's exposes, especially re: the families fates in Africa that WOKE me Up and kept me AWAKE long enough to brake/break the addiction. I had to destroy it; "burn the ships" so I could resist the temptation to return. A 10 lb rock 3x against a boulder did the trick. Very Liberating, like my last night drinking /first day sober; so many decades ago.
At 65, I got enough problems without that fkng thing!!!!!
Actually found and used a payphone at a railway station last month. Couldnt believe they still had them. A young child with his Mom pointed at me in amazement and said "Mom, can I try it? The mother and I had a good laugh. My friends have to be patient with me, no longer having instant access to me as they had. I am back to laptop Skype. Its not perfect, but its a start. BACK to the Future Shock!

Are you in Africa? I don't recall what you are referring to. In any case, congrats on departure from addiction/habituation. I recall from around 15 yr ago, here in Canada a major broadcaster put out a safety-questioning report on kill phones, but it was immediately followed on air by a "good news" story re great enablements from mob phonery in Africa. This is ever the way of conquerors, find relatively underprivileged to co-opt, among whom since of lesser general e-smog historically, it might take somewhat longer to succumb to tragedy. Getting away with stuff as long as one can is of the essence, too. Someone I know reported from a visit to Morocco recently how whenever relatively near low height antennae in cities, people's demeanour & behaviour seemed suppressed. The 'liberating" thing in that "good news" report regarded mainly payment methods and connectivity to markets for otherwise impoverished rurals. As if no other way to rectify that.

Yes, but this is nothing new. Conquest by various means for access to energy and related plus essential materials for whatever primary projects are being pushed, this applies far more widely than to hypermodern phones. one thing to consider, and plz chime in if you have any info on this subject….
i was reading a targeted individuals story a few weeks back, and what he said sure slammed me upside the head with a swift wake tf up!
he was trying to order a labtop from amazon, and could not get a product shipped to him without being compromised by those that have the power to intercept a package and do whatever it is they do to make his labtop not work for his purpose of trying to make a living to survive…got me to thinking….this could go so far , and in so many bad ways for those involved as a TI….
i mean, pop the top of the bottle of a supplement or medicine, modify the structure to make it fail, and boom, nobody buys that product anymore, even though as it was shipped out their doors, it was a legit product that would have helped the person who ordered it.
since, i have been trying to make sure if i purchase something, im doing it in person, with the product in my hand and never leaving it. from shelf to home..and then there is the at home issues to guard against as well.
ive been watching the smart dust assemble and attack my electronics for the last 6 months now…they are programmed to go in and destroy the conductivity, short out fuses and circuits, etc etc etc….
in my situation i am seeing a nearly invisible type of spray covering near or around the targeted product i have, then a self assembling nano network of mini cobwebs of smart dust cities(so to speak), then a transmitter always sticking up in the air(note my profile pic).
they wind themselves into your clothing, hats, etc..esp by the areas of clothing closest to your mouth, so its easier for them to hear what you are doing..
attack them with a lighter. watch the behavior of them. they are programmed to run away from too high a temperature. the white plastic looking ones are hardest to burn, for obv reasons, but they will quickly try and vacate the fabric they have worked themselves into when confronted with an open flame..flip side is, you ruin alot of clothing…
when i use a big torch"(for weed burning) on the floor of our shop, they explode into a spark of sorts. nothing makes my day more than watching this happen.

Jamison, I haven't seen some of the things you're seeing but I'm keeping an eye on the local fauna and flora. Spiders and cockroaches and small tree frogs seem to be disappearing as well as smaller birds around us. It could be the result of a drought we had a year ago and it seems we're in another one now although in the central Caribbean they generally don't last long. But 3-4 months without rain means things dry up fast. We're getting sprayed here but not often, as I've only noticed one, perhaps two days where it was noticeable. in the past year or more and I'm outside every day watching the sky.
But it's hard not to see all this going on and not think it's an extinction level event for the planet.
