Absolutely. Plans for genetically altering humans began prior to the use of GMO’s, which was/is the purpose of genetically-modifying human food, not for prolonging life or creating an abundance as claimed by Monsanto and other secret government programs, and the same goes for the use of vaccines and many other unnecessary medications—most of which, if not all, has been a total fraud.
The reality of whether or not mRNA is or is not included in vaccines, other medications or food is NOT relevant when discussing the “whole truths” involving DNA and neurological manipulations by individuals having “secretly established intent” with “super legal controls” over individuals by “other means” (WMD’s; subatomic & nano-bot technologies), let alone the criminal development and use of these militarized-technologies; the manufacturing (Weapons of Mass Destruction) and use of these “illegal weapons” on peoples (lab-rats), with or without their knowledge.
I have never found nor can establish the existence of any legal contract under Constitutional law for the development and use of WMD’s. As far as I know, all of these activities are infinitely criminal (can NEVER be made legal) no matter WHO, jurisdiction or circumstances these policies have been agreed upon and implemented, yet these illegal programs have continued unabated and uncontested for over one hundred years to date by private government corporations—just like the illegal “private” Federal Reserve and implementation of CBDC’s, or the weaponizing of chemical, biological, heavy metals, radiation, lasers, RF, WiFi, microwave and 5 & 6G technologies.
The level of criminality and “legal terms” to describe these crimes has yet to be openly debated, developed and established by congress—because these terms cannot, ever, be developed in full sunlight and ratified due to their satanic nature by criminal organizations and their lawyers who insist they have “super-legal,” limitless rights and power over all life, in spite of established law under state and federal Constitutions.
I’m baffled most lawyers, particularly all the lawyers of our “free press,” have yet to admit that both the U.S. Constitution and established case law has been intentionally ignored throughout the development of all these weapons; unspoken in public by policy makers (lawyers) within government and private weapon manufacturers, but sill, on record found only in private and frequently purged/destroyed along with public records that may shed light on their existence (9/11 burn, sweep & clean protocols of building one, two, seven and the Pentagon, for instance).
So sick-🤯🤮-for the next three days of so, because I have no access to “real” science-based health care, just the shit Veterans Administration—which should be completely abolished and all monies given directly to all veterans, not that succubus agency. I truly hate you bureaucrat control-monsters.

Exactly correct, John. Same with the private Federal Reserve. I searched for proof of legitimacy, and I cannot find any evidence it was property ratified, therefore still illegal to this day. But the politicians, media and lawyers “they” control nOrMaLiZe the Fed with every printed report; never questioning it’s legitimacy.
No matter what news outlet, from Reuters to the BBC, the WSJ, the NYTimes, the Washedout Post, NPR…they all run stories about Powell, “the Fed,” the IMF, Central, World Bankers… as if they are all “legitimate dictators,” and nobody on either side of Satan’s ass (Republican or Democrat) EVER does anything about it. The problem is where both sides seem to agree or never talk about that’s the most damning and troubling, and so as a result the people end up fighting each-other, back and fourth, every fixed election, generation after generation, and in the very end our country ends up achieving NOTHING but another prelude to another battle down the road.
Both the Republicans and Democrats, as well as mainstream media, trap the entire country and world to hating and killing each-other, meanwhile all the bloody lawyers responsible for ALL of the world’s problems are free to get richer and more powerful and never get punished or have to pay for it in any way, ever. “They” get luxury bomb shelter protections—the people get the business-end of bombs and mass gravesites.
